Tara Scott, HBIC.
Borderline genius at her work, suffers for her art (not a friendly person unless she's trying to elicit a particular performance out of an actor.) She may have friend-ish folks among the people she's been forced to spend more time around at USBC by work. By getting the chance to observe her over a long period of time is the only way to get a sense of her better qualities (which are buried under about fifty layers of sarcasm and prickles.) She's currently the director of People Matter.
She's one of those people who seem to get their energy from fighting other people--it fires her up and makes her do some of her best work. She likes to think she fights for what's important, though, and sometimes people get that. She considers herself a very liberated feminist, and in an industry often dominated by men, has rather given in to her natural tomboyish tendencies: swearing, scratching, drinking, smoking, and sleeping around as much as any of them. She's bitterly aware that to be taken half as seriously by many, she has to be twice as good as her male rivals.
