This here is William Skylar, an actor who currently plays one of the main characters on Code Blue, a medical drama. He is also a part-time EMT and manages to fit in a class or two in his free time. He was a child actor, although nothing big until he was cast in a TV drama when he was sixteen. That lasted for 6 years, and after that he guest starred, was in a movie and caught up on some school work, becoming and EMT. He has been in Code Blue since the show debuted 4 seasons ago.
He could use Friends, even though he is always running around between his different activities going on. He generally makes time for his friends. They would mostly be people in the industry, although those in the medical field could be as well.
For enemies I'd see maybe people jealous of him or something, not really sure.
For lovers, he is completely open, and could use past relationships, future relationships, maybe a final. Would just have to go with the flow of how much work he does.

I've got:
Charlotte Fox, a doctor connected to the studio & its staff, so she may have been used as a consultant on Code Blue (she's a former trauma surgeon.) Tara Scott: director of new drama People Matter, perhaps USBC could be working up some kind of crossover episode for Code Blue (medical) and People Matter (social work) with a few different characters to tie the universes together? (Also would have to run this idea by JD as they created the People Matter show concept.) Jyothi Mehta: desperate wanna-be actor/barista in the ground floor cafe in the USBC building. Has established a habit of (nicely) stalking famous and important people in an attempt to break into the industry. Jasper Wolfe: High-level producer on Friday Night Live, works with other producers and executives at USBC so may have generally crossed paths with William or know who he is, but I don't know if they'd have any reason to grow close.

Charlotte - He's also an EMT so depending on when she stopped being a trauma surgeon they could have run into each other at the hospital. But yeah she could certainly be a consultant
Tara - That could be an idea for sure
Jyothi - He'd be nothing but kind to her, always smiling when getting things from the cafe and such
Jasper - Sounds about right

William && Alexandra She probably knows of him, and is even a fan, especially because she knows Theo.
William && Michelle Michelle would probably try to talk to him, bridge the gap between shows or something? She's very friendly.
William && Savannah She doesn't really like dramas?? So I don't really think these two would be that close of friends, but have probably seen each other in places.

Emmy (who you know) is a child actress here currently appearing on the popular sitcom A Million Pieces. I'm guessing her first role ever was maybe as a patient on the show William is on? Maybe they got along alright there and he senses something is going on with her family (making her act for money as well as occasionally being hit). She's on a show with the same studio so they would probably see each other a lot in the elevator, hall, events (though not late night ones). She likes Will (Billy ok?).

Alexandra - Sounds good. He'd be honored to have a fan. He's relatively humble so he's like not ever sure if he really has fans etc Michelle - He'd be more than willing to talk and such. He's pretty friendly as well/ Savannah - I mean he's not just all about the dramas, but yeah seeing each other around and such would probably be good. Emmy - She totally could have been a patient William's character was treating or just interacting with, or just around. He always has treats for kids, so that probably would have warmed her up to him maybe? He probably could sense something is going on (he's probably seen plenty of abuse working as an EMT) and he also knows what it was like for him growing up being more or less forced to act in roles. And Billy isn't usually a thing with him, but he wouldn't exactly correct a kid

Probably obvious, but as a University Professor of Environmental Studies and Philosophy, Billy might be a student in one of his classes. Then they could bump into each other at the studio and Mike could be like "DID YOU WRITE YOUR PAPER JK JK what's up". Or he could be a former student from a previous semester. Mike is a pretty good teacher who just wants students to learn, stays after class, lax grading as long as it's evident you're trying so there is no way he wouldn't have aced the class. Being oblivious to popular television he'd likely just treat him like any ordinary person. They could also talk about William's niece because Mike's recently met her and think she is literally the most adorable thing on the planet right now. A funny thread idea could be that Mike has to go to the ER because he's tripping out way too hard and freaking out

Sounds like a plan to me. William may have taken a philosophy class if he needed to for his degree, either at the moment or in the past. Or he could have sat in on a lecture if it was on a topic he was interested in. He'd like the being treated ilke a normal person. And William wouldn't be able to shut up about his niece. He is very proud of her, and wishes he could do more for him. The trip to the ER would also be a funny idea.
